Back in May 2016 I closed on my first Investment Property, it was a 1800 sqft dilapidated home in central El Paso. As soon as I walked in, I saw the potential in splitting it into two rental units.

The rehab process took me about 5 months, We rehabbed everything from the electrical, plumbing, we added a bathroom, new kitchens, new stucco, doors and A/C units. I made a ton of mistakes along the way, worked with several contractors, and learned a ton.

The end result was two beautiful units, each with 1 Bedroom / 1 bathroom unit, I am currently renting these at $750/month each.
